A fascinating and attractive book, illustrated by John Farleigh (1900-1965), one of the great wood engravers of the twentieth century, best known as illustrator of Bernard Shaw. He was commissioned by most of the influential private presses and commercial book publishers of the period and illustrated over twenty books.
