Attractively produced with cover designs by Laurence Whistler incorporating a trophy by Rex Whistler. Richly illustrated with colour and monochrome plates, as well as wood engravings and decorations by Joan Hassall.
9 volumes in original wrappers, housed in 2 original slipcases with paper covers designed by Joan Hassall. A near fine very attractive set with the slipcases slightly edge-worn, and spines a touch dulled.
